It has been a labour of love creating the best products for you but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 100% money back guarantee and accept returns for 60 days from date of purchase. This applies to both full priced and sale items.

When returning items we recommend using registered post as we can’t refund or issue credit notes for lost item/s. You will have to cover the shipping cost incurred for returning item/s.

Exchanges

Your exchange can only be processed when we receive the returned item. If you need to get in touch regarding an exchange, send an email to hello@moodyactivewear.com quoting your order number.

Refunds

We process refunds back to the card used for purchase. You will be refunded the sale amount and you will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Banks can take their sweet time processing refunds, so best to give it 5 business days before you chase us up. However, if concerned feel free to get in touch at hello@moodyactivewear.com
